Week of 5/4 – 5/8

5/4 – Monday  –  We will meet at 10:00 am today.
1.   Review the Class Statistics of Practice Test 6.
2.  Review the Free Response Questions.
5/4 – Monday Homework:  
 
IF you have not already Please complete the 2019 Free Response Questions from the 2019 test below.  I have already emailed you a link to a google doc to upload your work into. Please use the links below to review your work.

5/5 – Tuesday – We will meet at 9:25 today.  Practice test 6 begins at 9:30 sharp!
 
1.  Start Practice Test 6  – Part 1 – MC  (75 minutes tested for 50 MC questions –)
 
Pacing:  1.5 minutes per question
5/5 – Tuesday-  Homework:
 
1. Please review your multiple choice section of Practice Test 6 with the video posted in the AP      
    Chemistry review page.

5/6 – Wednesday  – We will meet today at 10:00 am.
1. Practice Test 6 – Free Response –  (45 minutes – questions 1 and 2) – 105 minutes total
                                      
Pacing in Part 2 :    105 minutes/ 46 points total  = 2.30 min / point
                                  
10 point questions (1,2,3)     = 10 points  x  2.30 min / point =  23 minutes
  4 point questions (4,5,6,7) =   4 points  x  2.30 min / point =  9.3 minutes                      
 
5/6 – Wednesday – Homework

5/7 – Thursday  – We will meet at 9:25 today!  Test starts at 9:30 sharp!
 
1.  Complete the Part 2 – Free response – 60 minutes left
 
Pacing in Part 2 :    105 minutes/ 46 points total  = 2.30 min / point
                                  
10 point questions (1,2,3)     = 10 points  x  2.30 min / point =  23 minutes
  4 point questions (4,5,6,7) =   4 points  x  2.30 min / point =  9.3 minutes                                                                           
5/7  – Thursday Homework:  
 
1. Please complete the MC review of Practice Test 6.
 
2. You could begin your review of the Free Response Questions using the video that is now been linked to your gmail accounts. I understand if you want to wait till you get your free response questions graded and returned to you.

5/8 – Friday  – We will not meet today!

 
I am busy grading your complete Practice Test 6 AP Exam. You should get sometime today!
 
5/8 Weekend homework – 
 
1. Please review practice test 6 with the College Board key and video link to my Free Response Review video once I get your graded AP Test back to you.
 
2. Practice Test 7
 
Our AP is NEXT WEEK! And we will not have time to complete another AP Test in class, me grade it, and review it SO I am going to assign it for homework. Its completion is due by Tuesday.
 
Practice Test 7 is Extra Credit – I will provide the auto-reply Form in the review page.
 
 You will take it on on your own. There will be a MC form, video, and Free response video to review on your own.  I will give you the AP scoring worksheet so you can calculate your AP grade like I have been doing for the last 4 weeks.You should complete it by Tuesday. I will go over Practice Test 6 Monday.

Tuesday: 10:00 meeting – Take a Practice AP Exam – current format – 2 questions – 45 minutes
 
Wednesday : 10:00 meeting – review that practice exam – 
                                                       Make sure everyone has exam ticket sent to them, Play the demo.
 
Thursday : 1:30 pm log into AP central with exam ticket information: 2:00 start time – AP Test!
 
Friday: The rest of your life! 🙂
