Main Goal

1. To Complete Lab 3  – Identify the an unknown substance based on its cooling curve or its                    (melting point)

2.  To identify the parts of the experimental cooling curve.

A) Took out experimental cooling curves and began marking them up to identify the phases, KE and PE changes, and melting point.  

I used the following curve below to model how to mark-up your data.
